Cancellation Policy

To make a change to your booking, please text 0412 285 928 and we can reschedule. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made without 48 hours notice will forfeit the session and no refund will be issued. For cancellations made on the day of the booking, a session credit may be given if there is evidence of an emergency. Any no shows will forfeit the session and no credit will be issued. Uncontrollable reasons to cancel such as weather, traffic, acts of God, a full session credit will be issued. Thank you for understanding

What is this service?

Regular weekly walk with dogs that are working with, or have completed training with Power Pooches. Reactive dogs welcome. Only pooches that have completed a minimum of 8 sessions can attend at no cost. All dogs must have a harness and collar on. We only use long leashes, minimum 5 metres If reactive, muzzles are to be used Dogs are not allowed to play with other dogs It is your responsibility to keep everything safe Keep adequate space between dogs This is NOT a playdate and dogs are not allowed to mix with each other. the purpose of this session is to allow dogs to nderstand space and teach dogs they can bo around distractions but not go over to them. Some dogs that attend are reactive. You MUST understand the warning signs and keep your distance. For further clarification of how to control your dog speak to Jake
