Required before any paid service. Meet your trainer, get practical tips, and discuss a plan—with no obligation.

What to expect

We look at your dog’s environment, socialisation, activity schedule, issues and needs—usually at your home within our service area so we can see family dynamics.

  • About 30 minutes

  • Tips you can start using straight away

  • Honest conversation about a suitable plan

  • Booking is a request—timing may align with when we’re in your area

  • May be at home or an agreed public place

Before you pay hundreds for a trainer, start with a free assessment.

If we arrive and nobody is home, you may be invoiced for expenses incurred.
